How do I know which tier is right for our organisation?

We start with a discovery call to understand your goals, current systems, and challenges. From there, we recommend the best-fit tier—whether it's a light-touch leadership uplift, performance process automation, or a fully structured capability system. Each tier is designed to grow with you.

What’s included in the Grey Matta Academy content?

The Academy provides a growing library of short-form, practical leadership modules—covering common challenges like bias, accountability, communication, feedback, and managing up. All content is designed to be accessible, actionable, and ready to implement.

Can we add custom content or workflows to the platform?

Yes—starting from the Capability Growth System tier, we can co-design performance and onboarding workflows, convert SOPs into learning modules, and embed your organisation’s language, values, and leadership expectations.

What if we already have a performance review process or capability framework?

Great—we’ll work with what you already have. We can either enhance and automate your existing structures or review and redesign them if needed. Everything is adaptable to your context.

Is the platform hard to implement or manage internally?

Not at all. We offer full setup support, training for internal champions, and optional ongoing admin support so you can focus on outcomes—not tech. Most orgs are up and running within 4–6 weeks.

How long does implementation take?

Launchpad: Instant access (2 weeks with branding)

Essentials: Typically 4–6 weeks

Growth System: 1-6+ months depending on co-design scope and ongoing uplift

Can we start small and scale later?

Absolutely. Many clients begin with the Launchpad or Essentials tier, then grow into the Capability Growth System as their needs evolve. We’ve designed the model to be modular and scalable.

Is pricing based on users or project scope?

Ongoing fees are generally per user per month. Implementation fees vary by tier and complexity. We’re happy to provide a detailed quote based on your needs after a short discovery call.
