Who is Grey Matta Academy?

Is this program only for newly promoted managers?

No. It’s designed for anyone leading people — whether brand new to leadership or managing for years without formal training. The principles apply across levels and industries.

How much time will it take my leaders to complete?

The program is self-paced. Most participants complete the 7 modules within 12–14 weeks, but they can go faster or slower depending on their workload. Modules are short and designed to fit into the flow of work, and they have access to the materials for 12 months.
