What’s the difference between the eLearning and instructor-led version?

The core content is similar, but the delivery is different. The eLearning version is self-paced, flexible, and great for individual development. The instructor-led version offers live facilitation, group interaction, peer learning, and additional wraparound support. Not sure which is best? Reach out and we’ll help you decide.

What level of leader is this program most suited to?

This program is designed for new and emerging leaders, especially those in their first leadership role or preparing to step into one. It’s also ideal for team members identified as having leadership potential.

Can my organisation sign up multiple people at once?

What if I don’t have time to commit to this?

We get it, your calendar is full. That’s why the eLearning version is completely self-paced. You can complete it in short bursts over time, or immerse yourself in it over a few focused weeks. The design is flexible, and the tools are instantly applicable.

How is this different from other leadership training?

It’s not generic - it’s neuroscience-informed, practical, and focused on real-world skills like confidence, communication, self-leadership and transition. It’s designed for today’s emerging leaders.

What happens after I join?

If you purchase the eLearning course, you’ll receive instructions on unlocking immediate access to all modules via the Grey Matta Academy platform. If you’ve registered your interest for the instructor-led version, we’ll be in touch with dates, cohort details, and a pre-program orientation.

Do I need to complete the learning in a certain order?

The eLearning course is designed to build progressively, so we recommend completing the modules in order. That said, if there’s a specific area you need right now, you can jump ahead and come back later.
